My Noguchi lamp from the Conran shop sale was finally delivered, and I've set it up. No question it's an improvement over what used to be there, but it does feel like it needs a little something. We'll see.
Here's the lamp on the other end table. I bought this lamp over 10 years ago at Bed Bath & Beyond for $30. Black wooden base. Woven shade. Switch under the bulb. It's held up pretty well! And I never saw such a nice lamp at BB&B again.

Is that a little bronze of the Veiled Dancer? It's one of my favorite sculptures, ever.
I can see a little Alma Allen bronze sitting by the Noguchi ...
