The second issue of
Lonny is out. I think they fixed a lot of the pacing problems I complained about in the
last issue, but I still didn't get all that excited. Plus,
three features on stores? Really? My favorite feature was on textile designer Lisa Fine's Indian-inspired home in Paris. There were some beautiful fabrics and it wasn't just a cookie-cutter look.

Yeah, I'm sort of mixed about this Lonny situation. I was thinking I would skip this one entirely unless I heard irresistibly good reviews. The format was problematic, I thought.
Such a pretty room. Plain and simple.
I haven't checked out the new issue yet. I wasn't flabbergasted by the first. The online format just doesn't work for me. I want to curl up with magazine and a cup of coffee in hand. The computer just isn't cuddley enough.
