Hi - I'm new to your site and had a brief look through the archive and noted your floor lamp obsession. Have you seen the BDDW tripod lamp? It is gorgeous. It's expensive. I saved for it and it totally makes the room. I plan to pass it on to my son as a family heirloom. Link below.

Welcome, anon! I took a look at the lamp you suggested and while the base is gorgeous, the shade makes it a no-go for my space (too big). I need something with a much smaller profile.
I did like the BDDW site though! Handcrafted furniture is really special.
