Weather reports predict frigid temperatures and possible snow in New York tonight. But even if it was balmy and clear, I wouldn't want to go anywhere near Times Square on New Year's Eve. It wouldn't have to be the New Year either. Anytime would be a good time to sit in this beautiful spot and watch the water.
