Perhaps one of my knowledgeable and savvy readers can help me out. What is this chair? I've been seeing it around a lot lately and assume it must be a design classic I should be familiar with. I like the black-n-wood look.In other news, gigantic black chandelier!

Me neither, wish I could help. But they are fabulous. I have a set of four from DWR that have that same
perforated back panel. But nowhere near as cool.
